What a better way to celebrate fall than with pumpkin cooking projects.

We began the cooking experience with giving the children tastes of pure pumpkin.

They didn’t think pumpkin, by itself was very good.

Will we like pumpkin in muffins?

We gathered our ingredients.

                                                               1 pkg. spice cake mix
                                                               1 can 100% pure pumpkin
                                                               3 egg whites
                                                               1/3 cup water

We measured, mixed, poured and put them in the oven to bake.
