| Now for the Chili made with Bison, also known as Buffalo. |
We have been reading a Magic Tree House book entitled: “Buffalo at Sunset.” Through the story we have learned a lot about the Bison and their origins. We also added, corn, beans, crushed tomatoes and
spices to the Cowboy Chili.

| By snack time this wonderful Cowboy feast was ready to enjoy by all the Cowboys and Cowgirls at Kidspace. |
