Hello again! This week was all about the letter N for NEST…take a look!
This week we did a couple different nest themed art projects…
We read a lot of different books, both fiction and non-fiction, about birds, eggs, and nests…
We also spent some time examining different types of REAL nests. This is a bee’s nest…
A wasp’s nest…
Bird’s nests…
We even used all kinds of materials (straw, grass, wood chips, glue, yarn, etc.) to see if the Robins could build nests. We learned its a lot harder than it looks…
