Spin Spider Spin! We learned a lot about spiders this week and had lots of fun with some hands-on spider activities…
Spider web spin art…
We made some spiders of our own using paper plates and pipe cleaners. These are now on display in the middle room…
After learning a little bit about how spiders spin their webs, we tried our hand at some weaving…
Circle time spider web…
Fall themes counting and sorting…
Later on in the week we learned about rhyming words. At circle, the Robins took turns matching rhyming word puzzle pieces. Afterwards, the Robins had a chance to explore the puzzle matching center individually.
In honor of rhyming, we made bats & cats.
